Terms and Conditions

All customers and browsers to The Body's website agree to the terms and conditions as stated below. The Body's terms and conditions are meant to ensure that our customers are using our facilities and services with due regard to their rights and rights of other users and in conformity with The Body's standard and current procedures, rules, regulations and requirements. By using this website you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Reservations

In order to place a reservation you must purchase a class or series package. Once you have purchased a package you have one year until the package expires. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Cancellations

Reservations can be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge 6 hours prior to the beginning of class. Reservations for classes 1030 and before need to be cancelled 12 hours prior to the beginning of class.

Studio Policies

Class Series packages expire 12 months from purchase date.

Monthly unlimited packages expire one month from date of activation.

All classes and series packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Discounts are not available for purchase online. Discounts apply to in studio or phone purchases only.

For the safety of all clients, clients cannot join class after 10 minutes.

All packages and purchased classes are non-transferable. No exceptions.

You can reserve classes in advance up to four weeks.

Waiver

By signing up for classes at The Body, you have Agreed that there are certain inherent dangers in exercise and in using exercise equipment. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and any other programs provided by The Body, and to use its facilities and equipment, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, you hereby waive, release and forever discharge The Body, its offices, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all others from any and all responsibility or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities or my use of equipment in the above mentioned activities. I do hereby release all of those mentioned above and any others that maybe effected by this provision.
