BODY Beginner: A basic full Body workout that targets all major muscle groups. Clients are introduced to the positions and sequence of the fitness method. We recomend our clients to take several beginner classes before advancing to the next level.
BODY Open: A faster pace class that integrates a wider variety of BODY positions. All levels are welcome in this class. Clients are more familar with the method and ready for a more cardiovascular workout.
BODY Advanced: The most challenging level. A High energy class where you flow through the BODY sequence with a constantly elevated heartbeat for a more intense workout. Recommended for clients with a strong understanding of the technique.
BODY Stretch: A 90 minute class designed to supplement your BODY regimen. This class develops a sense of ease and lightness in the body while you gently stretch and rehabilitate the conective tissues that form your joints. This class is open to all levels.
BODY Teen: This class will be offered. In 6 week sessions to teens 13-18. The class is focused on teenage girls to offer them a fun, high energy workout to increase strength, tone, flexibilty and self-confidence in a social atmosphere.
Belly To The Barre Prenatal Series: Based on our Body Class, Belly to the Barre classes are specifically designed prenatal classes to keep you toned and energized throughout your pregnancy. The classes consist of light weights and the use of the ballet barre while staying in the parameters of what is safe during pregnancy. more information
