Belly To The Barre
Belly To The Barre classes are specifically designed prenatal classes to keep you toned and energized throughout your pregnancy. The classes consist of light weights and the use of the ballet barre to bring you safely through a series of exercises using your body's resistance to strengthen your thighs, hips and butt. You will also be taught core work and stretching all the while staying in the parameters of what is safe during pregnancy.
Exercise veterans Shawn McCormack and Alana Reed have designed this exercise program specifically for your pregnancy. Whether you are an experienced exerciser or a novice, you'll discover variations and modifications that make you feel energized, strong and beautiful through all three trimesters.
